Returns Policy

Need to return an item? The best way to handle it is to give us a call at 978.392.0060 and explain your situation. We may be able to return new or unused open items back to the manufacturer in certain, but not all, cases. 

If you have an online account with us, you can also request a return online. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll give you a call or send you an email with a status update on your refund once we've received your request.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on usage of certian products in certain areas, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. However, the vast majority of what we sell can be shipped anywhere in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs based on the shipping options you choose. If you are looking for an exact rate on a certain type of shipping method, need an item in a certain time frame, or want to use your own shipping account, please send us an email at

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and dimension-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

A Note on International Shipments

Shipping estimates given on our site to an international destination are representative of the cost to bring the item into our Massachusetts base and ship it out to your international destination. For most international shipments, there will be additional shipping charges to bring the item into our Massachusetts base from our closest warehouse. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with the shipment.
