Power & Cooling Specialists Since 1990
We help organizations stay powered, protected, and productive by proactively managing the critical infrastructure they depend on every day.
TRUSTED BY BUSINESSES
Built on reliability. Driven by expertise.
Founded by Moiz in March 1990 in Leominster, Massachusetts as a systems integrator, Custom Networks made a deliberate shift in 1996 to focus solely on power and cooling. That focus hasn't changed. We work directly with customers, not through layers of subcontractors, to design reliable, secure solutions that adapt as your infrastructure grows.
Mission
To deliver reliable and efficient power backup solutions that keep businesses running without interruption, regardless of scale or complexity.
Vision
To be the power and cooling partner businesses turn to first — known for straight answers, dependable service, and solutions built to last.

Moiz Bhindarwala
With 34 years of experience, Moiz gives every client the recommendation that actually fits their situation — not the most expensive one. He tracks emerging power and cooling technologies and evaluates each customer's existing systems to design the most efficient, effective solution for their specific challenges. Power protection has been his focus for three decades, and he leads the team with the same standard he set on day one.
What We Protect
What We Protect
PCs, servers, phone systems, networking equipment, and sensitive lab and research equipment all depend on clean, consistent power. An Uninterruptible Power Supply keeps that equipment running through a short outage or the handoff to backup generator power.
Climate control matters just as much — we specialize in cooling solutions that keep sensitive IT equipment at a safe temperature for a data center's entire life, not just its first year.
